Worst company ever, they took down my address which is in verulam and the vehicle being in umhlanga during the day, after 4 months paying them I found out that after my full address below post code they have gauteng, they have listened to the call recordings and identified that their agent did this mistake but they fail to take accountability of the agents mistake, they have caused detriment and stress to myself, this basically means I've been driving without insurance if something happened they would not have covered me they just don't care, KING PRICE IS THE WORST COMPANY, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL RECORDING TO TAKE TO THE OMBUDSMAN, A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND RESOLVE CUSTOMERS ISSUES CREATED BY YOURSELVES
