KING PRICE WORSE CAR INSURANCE COMPANY

Stay away from King Price. My vehicle was in accident in December. Was send to Auto Bonn in Sandton by King Price. My vehicle came back like it was done by back yard mechanic. I have send to King Price how bad the workmanship is for this workshop with all the problems. I took my vehicle back to them to fix their problems, they did fix anything still looks the same. We are now in May 6 months later and my car is still not fix, still waiting on King Price with their bad service. They send to me they are putting up my monthly premium. I did talk to Josiah Naidoo and said to him I am not happy my car is not fixed, but you want to put up my premium. I said with this bad service if Kingprice was looking after their clients they will keep their premium the same till this matter is resolved. Kingprice is not there for customer care they only there to take your money. No body will be happy with this service. I ask him Kingprice will rather lose a client and potential clients than not putting up a unhappy client premium, his answer was unfortunately that is how they work at King price. That means they do not care for clients. My advise there is hundreds of better insurance companies out there. Do not use King price. They say your premium is going down monthly but it is only by 50c maybe. And after a year they put your premium up by R200. No customer service.
