King Price won't Pay or Help with a Claim

I have had insurance with King Price for near 5 years and have not claimed. When I got the insurance King Price insisted a comprehensive tracking system be installed that detects bumps and location at my expense, this I did and continue to pay.

I recently hit a pothole on my way back home about 2 km from my house that affected the front left side of my car. My car was quite driveable but definitely affected. I contacted King Price to get the problem resolved but was vehemently told that without an exact date of the incident I cannot submit a claim. I could give them a small window period but this was not good enough for them. I do not remember the exact day offhand but suggested King Price look at the tracking system they insisted I upon to determine the exact day the pothole was hit They refused.

I though insurance was supposed to be a service I pay for. Not somthing I need to fight tooth and nail to claim on.

I have my vehicle insured for business purposes, do less that 12000km a year and have not claimed and after taking more than R800 a month for 5 years + vehicle tracking, King Price has done nothing but block a paying customer resolve an accident claim that you as King Price can easily validate with the GPS and impact tracking fitted in my vehicle and I have given you permission to inspect to help me resolve my claim.

King Price's conduct shows a lack of integrity.
