King Price with a Royal decree of dictatorship
This company promises to reduce premiums every month while they just reduce with R1. Also, I just received an email informing my they they have assessed my risk profile and considered inflation as well as rising costs of repair and decided to increase my premium. I just negotiated for a decrease about three months ago from R1500 to R1173. I have never claimed for any insurance before with them and any other previous companies I have been with. So someone tell me where the risk is on my profile. To tell me about parts and inflation while I am also trying to maneuver in this stressful economy is just a bluff. Thus, I am not happy with the decision they took without any giving me a head up or even a courtesy call to discuss this. I will not be dictated upon because I believe I have a clean record and pay my premiums consistently accept for November. They might have just lost a customer.
