King Price where is my car?

My car got into an accident on the 4th of September, I got a courtesy car same day, I was told after a week that my car was accessed and is been taken to panel beater. When the courtesy car expire,I followed up with them, even went to the panel beater. I was told at the panel beater that the car only arrived on the 26 of September and they are still waiting for the parts ( where was my car all along?) Again King price delayed with buying the parts. On the 16th of October I am told by the panel beater that King Price did not buy the part and permission was not yet granted by King Price to buy the parts. So the delay is with King Price but they are refusing to extend courtesy car. So my kids will not go to school due to king price. Why was I paying for courtesy???
