King Price where Clients are not cared for

King Price Insurance has little to no respect for their clients. For the first time in my life I ever been sent a recording that contains words like " I do not care about the Client, Idiot, ****. I had a very bad experience with them and I regret the day I took insurance with them. They will tell you that the calls are recorded but it takes them ages to send you them when you really need them. Finally when they do they send you the worst recording, whereby you are told that they do not care about you.

Pity I do not see the icon of attachments, I was going to attach the recording so that the clients and public at large can hear what King Price has to say about its clients. They claim to give Royal service but it is so poor.
