King Price... What a disappointing experience
After insuring with this team for many many years and having mostly good to awesome service they have dropped the ball at the worst time. After my home gets flooded out and most of our possessions get destroyed these guys want to drag their feet sending an assessor out. Not to mention refusing to cover one vehicle that was under water. Very disappointed.

14 Dec 2022, 08:55Got a call from King Price this morning. Time of increasing stress and pressure for me and they start asking questions like where do I work. Questions that I have answered multiple times when insuring with them. Then they say I am being non compliant. I am waiting for you people, this is day 5 and I still have no feedback regarding my car, no one has come to see the damages to my content. All you have said is, there is a way for us not to pay for the bike you have insured so we're taking that!

14 Dec 2022, 11:44After looking at the letter of compliance I realized it's not legally binding... Grammatical errors. Makes me wonder what King Price is trying to achieve... Disturbing. Time to take things to Twitter so more people can avoid this kind of behaviour from service providers
