King Price Warranty Plan is a 419 ****!!
I have been paying for a King Price Warranty for my VW car for more than year. My car had coolant dasboard light last week 15 May 2025 and brought it to VW wherein VW confirmed that it is water pump.
And when it was time to claim for a water pump i was told to book in the car at VW and ask VW to strip the water pump parts at my cost and then send them the picture of the parts so that they can approve or reject the claim.

21 May 2025, 15:28Okay noted, i will wait for your feedback. But VW has already advised that from their diagmostic reports the water pump is faulty.
So stripping entire water pump parts will be costly and it is surely a way of dicouraging clients to claim, while collecting their monthly premiums.
I am paying R459 monthly and Taking into account that your cover for water pump is R7000, if water pump is stripped it means i will have to add more than R6000 from my pocket
