King Price Warranty department

You take a car to be checked because of mechanical failure, while you are still at the workshop you let them know - guess what you will have to come back days later in order for repairs to take place. Why can’t they approve or decline while you are still waiting ? The energy of still going back to mechanics and taking leave again. The most annoying process I have ever seen. King Price warranty is just not friend. Imagine sending documents in the morning then someone respond 4 days later. Useless thing ever.

I wish they can work on doing things faster while we are waiting at the mechanics. Imagine the stress of having to come back again after few days. King price is useless sometimes
