King price want boxes and slips 10 year old before they pay out!!!!

I had 2 break ins at my house in an out building where i store my carpentry tools. I do occasional carpentry work for extra money and is dependent on these tools. I bought most of my tools in the UK and brought them back to SA in 2007. I am insured for R300 000 at King Price for home contents of witch they only paid me about R3000 for 2 boxes i could show them (of tools bought in SA) and increasing my premium for the claim. 90% of my powertools and hand tools were ****** (worth +- R60 000) and when i put in a claim at King Price they said that together with a list of things to provide them ( witch i did ) i had to give them proof that i bought the tools that was ****** like slips and boxes of about 10 years ago. I asked King Price to provide me with the documents stating that i have to keep the slips and boxes for more than 6 years old witch 4 days later they send me a mail and said they did send the query to their legal department. I have been waiting 10 days for a reply on that ass well. King Price talk big saying you are royalty when you pay but when it comes to a claim it is a different story.
