King Price , very unreliable and heartless insurance firm

I will never make a mistake of taking the insurance cover from King Price My wife and I have been with king price for over 3 years without missing any payments and last year December (2023) my wife had a accident as it was raining and the car got hit under need by a stone and had an oil leak and after a while it issued a warning and she stopped and parked on the side and called them and they took the car they called a month later and said they will strip the engine now to see if theres any fixable damage inside but 3 moths passed and the engine was never stripped and checked and the car was parked out in the sun in Limpopo for 4 F*ckn months the claim took over 4 months to just have the car assessed and they declined the claim for no sensible reason and they said its consequential damage , they said they did an engine analysis on the car but they refused to produce a report as proof of it probably because no proper engine analysis was ever done on the car , now I am in an on going fight with them to return my wife's car but they not even communicating the progress , I would call them and they would the say they car is being towed as we speak only to say the opposite the following day , I have now openned a legal case against them and I will never make a mistake of joining them again , they will never help you instead they try to hard to look for shortcuts to save costs and if they see that they do not have any options they fabricate a way to decline the claim
