KING PRICE VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL!!
I am very disappointed and heartbroken that I have never missed a payment nor paid my premium late however a lousy hail damage claim that was claimed and approved 4 months ago still has still not been attended to after numerous escalations with managers and consultants promising that an inspector will come and inspect my car and get it fixed.. Spoke to Johann Senekal, Shannon Gregorio and Nick Holland promising me lies.. I claimed last year October it's January 2022 and the matter has still has not been attended too.
