King price very pathetic
Ridiculous Service So on Saturday 08.02.just after 6pm..I called in the contact centre needing assistance as i had a mechanical break down...Bear in mind i was in northern cape in the middle of nowhere...The consultant i spoke could not help me...not tow the car or even get me home safely...It is with great sadness and dissapointed to learn that i am paying a monthly premium of over R900 and when i need roadside assistance this is the kind of service i get...Pathetic. Can someone advise what am I paying for? Am i really paying for no Service? when i took out this insurance I was advised that my car will be towed and ill be taken to thee home of safety...Which never happened!!! no follow up call nothing Whatsoever !!

As the policy does not cover mechanical breakdown and the breakdown was not an insured peril we only assist clients in towing the vehicle to the nearest repairer and the kilometer range is limited.
