King Price very dissapointing

I am very dissapointed in King Price No one informed me of the options i have when claiming ...no one called me to inform on the progress of my claim i had to call YOU! a week later just to find out my claim is approved and i need to pay R2500 for a tv that only cost R3100

I called once again...whas promised someone would call me ...a lady by the name of Sonja ...2 days later no one called ..shows a lot about customer service..

I am seriously thinking of looking for a different insurer and canceling my policy with King Price

I will also post the poor disatisification on social media to make other people aware of the **** advertising King Price shows to get new customers
