King Price Unroyal Service
On 16 June during a storm that hit Cape Town our swimming pool was damaged. On 17 June we contacted King Price to repair our damaged pool. They contacred One Call Claim Solutions to address the claim. They in turn contacted Pool Doctor Wynberg to address the damage. They in turn contacted Cape Fibre Lining. They arrived removed the pool from the cavity and put it on the lawn next to the cavity. It is now 20 October and nothing has been done since. If you have a policy with King Price cancel it immediately and move to more established firms like Santam. King Price deliver absolutely unroyal service. These people do not deliver on any of their promises.

22 Nov 2023, 21:44The contractors that were used on this damage repair was hopelessly *********** and unprofessional.
In the first place it took months for them to arrive.
They were managed by a smoking individual who distributed his butts all over our yard and spent most of his time in his pickup smoking.
The workers seemed to be hard working and honest but the management of this team was hopeless.
The problem here was the appointment of contractors by contractors so no-one takes responsibility.
This business model is a disaster.
These contractors completely destroyed my wife's carefully manicured garden without as much as a thought.
They did not clean up their mess after the disaster they caused.
So we expect the company to return and clean up the mess left by their *********** contractors and to restore our garden or refund us if we do it on our own.
