King Price- unprofessional telesales
Today I received a call from King Price to offer cheaper car insurance. They were not able to provide me with a better quote than my current insurer- MiWay and when I asked the telesales person why I should go for cover at a higher premium, he became very unprofessional not answering my subsequent questions. He then said bye bye and just hung up the phone. This company is very unprofessional and should not be trusted to insure assets- they clearly do not deliver on service and need to train their staff on phone etiquette.

We will investigate the conduct of the agent concerned and address the matter via internal procedure as this is not the type of service we strive to offer.
