King Price under insured my car!
My car had an accident on the 31st of March 2019 and it was written off. The car was insured at retail price which according to King Price was R93030 for a Kia Picanto LX 2016 model with 52414km on the clock. According to Regent ad cover my car was under insured and they sent me documentation to show me that the retail price for my car is supposed to be R116500 according to the Trans Union Auto dealers guide. If the ad cover pays my short fall, I will be left with a debt of R17470 which I do not have and not willing to pay as I believe it is not my fault that my car was under insured. Please help me to resolve this as quickly as possible.
