King Price unable to cancel my cover

<p>I have been insured with King Price and was fairly happy with the initial service until now. I have recently purchased a new vehicle and obtained a quote from King Price, who was unable to beat another quote. I opted to change insurance companies as King Price was unable to compete. I tried to cancel my insurance since the 25th of November, this requiring me to call their call centre several times. Each time I was told that somebody would call me back "ya right" or that I will receive a confirmation of cancelation email "still holding my breath" and the latest was after holding on for 10min, having the call dropped on me. My last attempt to have this policy cancelled was to reverse the debit order which I will do again next month and then hopefully this policy will then be cancelled. They don’t reply or even confirm receipt of email. Can only imagine what would have happened should I have had a claim. "O dear"</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway, to all those looking for vehicle insurance, A decreasing premium each month is nice, but do you want to deal with this kind of service should you need to claim??</p>
