King price tyre insurance

Charmaine hadom from king price tyre insurance is unproffesional and realy sounds like shes got no clue of what shes doing,i was involved in a road hazzard which let to all my 4 run flat tyres being damaged,knowing i hv tyre insurance i went n replaced my tyres,wen i want to claim back a day after i replaced the tyres she request a list of unrealestic things ,i get her that,after she request pictures of the damaged tyres even if i submited a damage report,the shop threw away the tyres after they take them of the car but she still insists on pictures of the damaged tyres where in the world will i get photos of tyres i do not have,as if dats not inuf the damage report i sent her is in an email fomat,she insist she want it in a pdf how will i convert email to pdf ,she claims it has gabs in between and its not clear,what ****ed me of is my cover states 4 tyres 2000 rand per tyre when i have to claim the talk about 2 tyres per 12 months
