On 17 June 2023 my car broke down on the N1 and I was in a very dangerous spot where cars were racing past dangerously. My wife and son were in the car and we were very worried for our safety. We called King Price and Sinovuyo Phunweni arrange for a tow truck to pick up the car. We were also worried about security and if the tow truck was going to be long, they were also going to send us security as it was a security hot spot.

It took them 15 minutes and the tow truck arrived so the security was not necessary. King Price really gave us peace of mind and the service was excellent. They must have phoned my wife about four times giving us updates. We arrived back home safely thanks to King Price emergency roadside assistance.
