King Price Third Party Claim Horror

On the 31st of March, as I was driving on a straight road, a King Price client failed to yield coming from a slip road and drove straight into my car (she says she did not see me), but she would've crashed into one of the other cars behind me either way, as we all had right of way except for her. She gave me her details and we agreed that I would be claiming third party. I thought this was going to be a smooth process, little did I know the **** I was about to experience with King Price.

They asked me for 3 quotes, for which I had to pay for. Upon receiving the quotes, they rejected them all and said their assessor (who never physically assessed my car), says the quotes are ridiculous and has opted to use a cheaper quote from one of their repairers (who quoted using pictures of my car).

Then they say, even though I had right of way on the road, I was 30% still negligent as I should have kept a proper lookout for their client's indication (she was not indicating and she did not yield or even stop, as she was supposed to, she just drove into the road and crashed right into me at the exact time as I WAS DRIVING PAST HER). So because I was 30% negligent as they say, they will only pay out 70% of the amount which their repairer (who has never physically assessed my car) gave, one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard in my whole entire life.

To me, this is absolute nonsense and I am going to fight this until the damage to my car is fixed fully and properly.

Pray that no one that is a client of King Price ever crashes into you because you will see flames of a life time.
