King Price - Theives

i swopped insurance to KING PRICE which turned out to be the biggest mistake. when i took it out they asked me if i was on itc and my response was no. they asked if they could do a credit check and i said yes. last month someone drove into my vehilce while it was parked in a parking bay. King Price rejected my claim because i was on itc WHICH I HAD KNOW KNOWLEDGE OF.....anyway WHAT THE HELL DOES MY CREDIT STATUS HAVE TO DO WITH A SERVICE THAT IM PAYING FOR. it is not like they gave me a loan to worry about my credit status. i have now refferd this to the CONSUMER BOARD and the OMBUDSMAN.
