King Price the worst service when claiming and *********** company to deal with.
I have met into an accident on the 2019-10-16 and then King Price send my car to 959 panel beaters so now i was told by the agent that they were investigating the issue with supplying then will all the detail still till today they sit on the backside and never did anything to catch the guy that was involved in the accident now the panel beaters expect me to pay the access and i was clearly told that investigation is being done and the other party will pay for the damage by the king price agent and thus far i have dealt with 3 agents that dont even know jack till today.

08 Nov 2019, 13:44Just a few minutes ago i spoke to Joel and a lady in the legal department at KING PRICE, They have escalated the issue to higher authority which i am going to be waiting for another month maybe like they taking with my car for a month now, but i actually caught them out because the legal lady that i have spoken to said to me that they have submitted the letter to the other party that was involved in the accident. Whats the purpose sending letters to people when they are going to rip that piece of paper. When speaking the Joel he said that they are going to submit the letter, So how do we as clients trust our insurance king price when there are lies like that. So who do you actually believe and who is being truthful is that how insurance should deal with a claim when it come to clients.

08 Nov 2019, 14:02Please note as with all insurers, the excess is the amount payable by the client in the event of a valid claim. Irrespective of the circumstances surrounding the accident, this is your agreement with King Price. The recovery process was implemented to assist our clients as well as ourselves to attempt to recover damage incurred due to a 3rd party, however, as this is a legal process success is not guaranteed and this process can be a protracted one. Please note our legal department is following the legal process with regards to paperwork required.
