King price the worse insurance ever

By far this is been the worst experience ever . My son was hit by a car with his motorbike, the lady drove off . I called into the call centre for assistance , it took me three attempts to get hold of them , it took them a hour and 20min to send out a tow truck. Eventually after we had to call a few times to follow up they arrived . It took the insurance 2 week to appoint an assessor to evaluate the bike after me calling to request a follow up on the status, todate we still waiting on Auth for payout . If ever you consider insurance please stay far away from king price , the really don't give a hoot about their clients .
