King price sucks

Very bad experience from king Price I trusted this insurance with my life I have two cars that I have insured with them and now am ****ed I have got mechanical problem on Friday while am from work I called the king Price to book me for a tow truck today on Monday 26/12/21 for Tuesday because it's holidays and they are not working so now because my car its at home I can't request for tow truck I hv to pay because its at home on Friday I requested it and it wasn't gonna be towed to workshop because it was late and there was no one whose gona assist me at work shop now the were forced to bring it home were I stayed now they say I must pay for it cos it's at home or else I must push it to the road for me to get assisted am very disappointed with king price now I have to push my car to the road so I can call for tow truck I hv been with King price for more than 3 years I was very happy with them until today wen I have to push my car to the road for me to get assistance on Friday it was late for me to take it to any workshop I was gonna do that I wasn't thinking of insurance I thought king Price was reliable until now wen they showed me their true colours honestly speaking I was happy with the insurance not knowing that I have to lie to get towed because this year January I had similar problem with my other car and I was assisted very nice maybe it was because it was my first time calling for assistance that's why the assisted me am very angry with the service I got today dis year January my car was towed from my garage to workshop now in December they say it must be I the road to be assisted I don't remember anywre in my insurance contract some to be that
