King Price

<div>On the 9th of November 2019 I had an accident with my vehicle in my hometown. The vehicle was towed a 100km to another town to an approved King Price repairer. I have received 2 emails from King Price since the accident. 1st email was acknowledgement of the claim and then about a month later the 2nd email to confirm authorisation of repairing my vehicle. I have contacted King Price now numerous times to get an update on my vehicle but to no avail. Eventually I called the repairer directly (this was a mission on its own just to get hold of the correct repairer) My 1st call to him was in January 2020 and i was promised that the vehicle will be fixed by end of Jan Then end of Jan I followed up and was then told that he will only be able to attend now to my vehicle and that i will receive it end of Feb End of Feb i followed up again and to my astonishment was told that my vehicle was not even looked at at the moment and nothings been done to repair the damages King Price has yet to call me back on the numerous calls i made and to all the emails I've sent It seems to me that King Price Is just another big insurance company who will take your money and give you no service when it comes to a claim!!!</div>
