king price stinking service

On Tuesday afternoon my car got hit by a taxi. I called king price for assistance and informed them that the car is dangerous to drive as the back wheel is now wobbly due to it being hit . I was told an assessor would immediately be sent to assess the damage so I can get a courtesy car. No assessor showed up and every time I call them I am getting a new story. It was all good when they were collecting my money every month but now it's time to do for me and NO SHOW,worst thing is we have to drive our 10 month old son to creche with this vehicle and drive to work ourselves king price couldn't care less about our safety and well being . I am very disappointed as I thought these guys were fair and legit. Never in a million years did I imagine they would take me for a ride. Thank you so very much for the awful service.
