King Price still deducts my account

Good day<br> <br> Some time while ago I asked agents from King Price to stop my account an agent called me advised me to he will transfer me to accounts/billing so they can close down the account to my surprise I was left on the call with no one to talk to and again I did send a request many times not take anything from account as i no longer want the insurance but no to my surprise they keep on deducting my account hence why i'm escalating this with Peter so as to pass my message to them and the world to see that they don't care about their customer but only their business and as a result please just close down my account until further notice I don't want anything do to with you guys anymore and please do not debit my account again.
