King Price - SHOCKING -- RUN........

WOW is all we can say RUN!!!!!!!!! After my dad had a bad car accident it took the investigated over several weeks to investigate, when dealing with the family POA it was like he was a ******** the questions and extensive reports and bank statements required for 3 months, and this i nothing compared to what they required and asked, and I bent over backwards whilst running to hospital every day to help them out then to be treated like trying to prove he had bought alcohol, or caused the accident!

Then they just forgot for 2 weeks to finalise the claim and send the documents, constant chasing, then they got the vehicle values wrong and had to be redone.

Then my father died from his injuries 2.5 months later, and I requested a copy of the medical and police and any other reports, was told to get Lawyers to request this officially, which I did, and then nothing no reply, nothing for a month.

He had no medical aid was 90 years old, fit and healthy driving and travelling, the bills are over 200K, so we were advised to do a RAF claim, but cant until we get these documents.

Upon follow up today, 4 people spoken to, no one even knows who this investigator was, bounced from one department to another, his manager was cc'd in email, we received a reply from investigator with the medical report only (which I already have), no apology, and then the manager Charl sends me a polite STUFF YOU policy wording reply to contact their legal department.
