King Price **** Insurance

Long story short, my claim was submitted 2019/01/21. To date, I am still battling to get my car restored to the state I purchased it in. King Price allocated my car to Auto Ross BodyWorks which I have been having endless issues with. First, the paint job done initially was terrible, any backyard spraypainter could have done a better job. The bumper was cut to make the water jets fit as the bumper which was purchased was not the original bumper for the vehicle, the lining up of the bumper was done badly and highly noticeable. The bonnet had overspray, the NEW bumper fitted and sprayed was burnt by the buff machine. and spot lights were not working. The water jet nozzle and cover broke the first time I drove the car out the rain (the jets activate automatically when using the window cleaner) while rushing my wife to hospital while being in labor. The car needed to return back to sort these issues out once again, this time the overspray was sorted in the initial spot, but now the car returns with overspray on the side skirts and the driver side door paint was burnt, this time, the part for the water jet was not available and RossAuto needed to order the part. The car now needs to return back to RossAuto to resolve these issues which I hope is the last time they see my car.

King Price has a T&C in their contract which allows panelbeaters to use used/aftermarket parts on their repairs which may result in fitment issues. The bumper bought for my car is a used bumper which doesn't belong on the car, holes were needed to cut to make the water jets fit in (the bumper didn't come with water jet holes), the headlight purchased is used, the plastic shield was not even polished so you can see this is a old headlight. The panel shop just called me to say (after 3 weeks of my last visit to sort this ****** issues out that they need to order the water jet part) that they need to order the part. But I was told to bring this car back when the part was received, which I then got a call to bring the car in, but because I actually do work, taking time off all the time to fix this car is not always possible! I am so ****ed off with you King Price as well as the panel beater you allocated to my car. U guys actually made a beautiful car look like ****** ****. Its like these panelbeaters pulled the car through their ass!

This is a big problem for me with this insurance. Nobody calls you back, nobody makes this clear to you. Only when it comes time to claim things take long but you have no problem with debiting my account on the day your money is required.
