King Price service not acceptale
I submitting a motor vehicle claim on 05/02/2020 Claim nr CKP***/1. It took 2 weeks for the assessor to come out and finalize the damage report with no one keeping us informed inbetween. Our car has now been with the autobodyshop for 2 weeks once again as we are waiting for King Price to deliver the parts now for 2 weeks. Still no one from King Price has even kept us up to date. This is totally unacceptable service and definitely not what expected from them. Should I be looking for another insurance?
