King Price Service is really very very bad

Since the 28th of October'19 we having a problem with King Price insurance regarding a claim, because my husband was in a accident. We just don't get any feedback whatsoever regarding this claim, I must send follow up emails I must follow up via phone calls everyday, the following people is involve in this matter, sales person Lee Watt, he never never return my calls or emails Emile Pieters, Monty Louw and Sone. The panel beaters in Boksburg named 959 panel beater can't complete our vechile because they waiting for the parts from King Price Insurance. I think this is very very unfair to the panel beaters and for us to suffer like this. I think we must send another invoice to King Price to pay all our cost regarding this matter.
