My daughter was involved in a car accident on Friday 1 April 2022 and was unable to give details at the time of accident. On the scene I called in and got an authorisation number immediately and the vehicle was towed away. Claim number etc followed shortly thereafter. I received notification of the assessment date and on the same day as assessment received a call from Neville Minne the assessor who explained all to me. He was very professional in his explanation and advised exactly what would happen next. I was very pleased with the allround service received from King Price and their staff.
