King Price sending an unqualified plumber to assess my solar geyser

The report talks about pump wear and tear (solar geyser) and backup battery. The day I climbed on the roof just to see what was really happening. To my surprise my solar geyser does not have a backup battery. Mind you that the second Asser did not have a testing machine to confirm this theory. Moreover, he did not have a *****driver to open where the pump is located. Then the question is how did he come to that conclusion? For him to claim that there is no issue geyser how so because he did not even assess the geyser, he did not even see where the geyser was located inside the roof. Maybe he must share the pictures of the geyser in question. Finally, the most disturbing thing is when I asked him if he was an accredited plumber or does he have some sort of qualification, he answered no. Then how does KingPrice trust the findings of the service provider? Mind you the owner might have the certificate but not the workers. And the owner of the company was not on my property and the same thing with the previous plumber. I still do not agree with the findings, since the inspection was done by someone who does not have the right qualifications. And Unathi was very confident when was sharing the news to me. Sharing the news of someone who is not registered. Can you please take your client seriously. I am not sure if can deal with Unathi.
