King Price's Emergency towing TERRIBLE

<p>So, as part of my car insurance cover with King Price (KP), I get a free towing service. This past Friday, my car stalled and I needed to be towed. I called KP, they assured someone would come over within 45 mins. Let me just say, 3 days later (ok, take away Sunday), I am STILL WAITING and NOBODY bothered to call me. Fortunately, my car stalled close to my house and was able to bring the vehicle into my driveway. Imagine if I had stalled anywhere else and with kids on board!</p> <p>No follow up, No apology, NOTHING. Like I had never called. I had to find an alternative towing company for my car.</p>
