King Price Run Around

I have been dealing with King Price from December, as my husband met in an accident. they declined my claim and I have sent it to the disputes department, however we were advised to pick up the car from Roodeport Gobid. I made arrangement with a tow truck company, only to be told that my car was not there but in Pretoria Gobid. This was very upsetting as I don't stay anywhere near there. nevertheless I made arrangement today for the car to be collected. only for the Tow truck company to call me and tell me the car is not there but now moved to Benoni Gobid. this is highly unacceptable for a company this big to be giving me the run around. I ha to call King Price only to be told they would call me later and never got a call back. Please assist me as all I wanna do is collect my car, but I`m giving the run around and have being dealing with agents that seem like they have not been trained to do the job
