King Price rude consultants
I am utterly disgusted by how the retention's consultant Malcolm Pule spoke to me, he was trying to force me to stay with King Price when it is clear that Miway was R400 cheaper! He had the nerve to ask me "Why did you take cover with King Price when you knew you shopping around" his manner of the way he spoke and how rude he is I will never take any cover with king Price because of this experience. I actually want to write a complaint to the ombudsman for Malcolm trying to FORCE me to stay with King Price insurance
