King Price ridiculous premium increase.
Each year when I get my policy review notice, the premium increase has always been 200 to 400%, and I have always phoned to get it reduced to a more realistic increase. This has worked nicely for several years. This year, my premium was going to increase from R418 to R1244. So, as usual, I phone retentions to get it reduced. Despite nothing changing on my risk profile and making no claims, they only managed to get it down to R1049, which is an increase of around 255%. Who, in their right mind can even consider premium increases like this when the increase should be close to an inflationary percentage.

Our retentions team will be in contact to discuss your concerns and the way forward.
