King Price Review

I called in about a Dual Insurance claim, I landed up in the Retentions Department speaking to Malcolm Poole. Although this was not Malcolm's area of responsibility he took it upon himself to assist me as opposed to redirecting me. He made all the follow up calls and managed to resolve my issue. I found him to be extremely helpful, friendly and keen to resolve my issue. What a pleasant individual, it made my experience so rewarding. Malcolm is definitely an asset to King Price, I hope that his Manager reads this that that it leads to bigger and better things for him. Thank you Malcolm Poole, you are one in a million.
