King Price Retentions Agent is Superb!
Upon receiving a cheaper quote from a competitor, I contacted the King Price call centre, with the intention of cancelling my policy with them, and moving over to the competitor.
However, Retentions Agent - Wihan Geers - not only convinced me to stay with King Price (from whom I have had exceptional service for almost 5 years!); but he also managed to lower my monthly premium significantly below the offer made by the competitor.
Keep up the good work; and thanks for being an insurance company that your clients can rely on!!
