King Price rejects my car claim without proper investigation

I am insured with kingprice and was hijacked last month,when I claimed from the insurance that my vehicle was hijacked.They told me to furnish them with the necessary documentation for them to investigate and proceed with the claim.I did just that and gave them all the information requested,the car keys and trackers report.After they were done with the investigation,they asked me to get a settlement letter from the bank that financed me.2 days later now they are asking me to furnish them with my car trip movements from car track from 1st of April up until the day my car was hijacked,they got 2 reports from car track one that says the unit it's faulty and the other says the unit says No data because the device installed does not show trip movements. King price did not investigate further to check if it is true whether that device exists at car track and if it operates like that,I paid insurance for years to ensure that should something happen to my car , I would be covered .Now I just feel like King price took me for a ride and I trusted them with something really valuable and important,Can something please be done about the companies that are not honest as King price to protect consumers.
