King price rejects claim and scratches your car and dump it back to you .

2 Months ago i had an accident in edenvale and i called king price insurance to assist with towing as the car was no drivable the service was fast and stressless , thsy took my car for assessment and a few days later they called to say the claim was declined because i was insured wrongly i was suppose to be insured under business insurance instead of personal insurance , fare enough i took it to my self, but still ddnt understand why will they decline such because regardsless the 3rd party did confess their guilt and 3rd party insurance dint decline sorting out my car , couldnt they just claim from the 3rd party and we sort out the rest later, cut story short My car was towed back to my place as they couldnt help, but when it was towed back the other side the car in now aslo bumbed, and nobody knows who bumbed it , the 23rd party bumbed me on the righth side and now there is another bumb/ huge scratch on the left , when i called king price to resolved till today there is no resolution to my problem and my car i still stuck by the panel beaters .

why will they tow my car from seen reject my claim and scratch it and dump it back my yard ,
