King Price regrets

I am writing this to alert the management of King Price to a serious billing issue. I officially cancelled my insurance policy with King Price on [Insert Date of Cancellation], and I have proof of this cancellation.Despite the policy being terminated, King Price went ahead and debited my bank account for the amount of R626.92 on the 29/08/26 and again on the 12/09/26 without my authorization. This is a direct breach of consumer regulations. I have already reversed the unauthorised amount through my bank, but I require King Price to immediately confirm in writing that my policy is 100% cancelled,ensure my banking details are completely removed from your system so no further debit attempts are made. I've sent King Price email informing them of my cancellation (email sent 18/08/26, 29/08/26 and again on the 09/09/26) with no response
