King Price Refusing assistance after police station requested them to obtain a copy of the police report

Overall I love King price my previous claim was sorted out in a flash this time I am having trouble with the police station in giving me a copy to the police break in report which happened in Feb 2021. I have been to the police station numerous times I recently moved and the police station is 60km from my new house I drove there 5 times since moving and not once will they give me a copy of the report and I was told that the insurance company must request this from them. I then phoned King price 6 times to request them to get a copy of the police report but every time they send a mail and that's where it stops?

I held back my payment for insurance this month and is busy looking at moving to another insurer. If this is how they treat a burglary claim I can not risk having my car insured through them.
