King Price refuse to stop my debit order and send me the recording!!! What a disgrace King Price !!!

<p>King Price did not pay out my legit claim. I e-mailed them to stop my insurance with them some 2 weeks ago and NOT to deduct my premium again. I also asked them for a spesific recording to proof my case with the Ombudsman.</p> <p>Guess what? </p> <p>1. They deducted my premium again end of May 2017 !!!</p> <p>2. They still did not send me the recording , for me to proof againt them, that a King Price representative told me (when I registered the claim on the telephomne) that there should not be any problems with my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Are you too important to listen to you customers King Price???</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
