King Price Refusal to Fix the car

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unsatisfactory response from King Price Insurance following an accident involving my sister's car. On [26 February 2024], my sister was involved in a car accident, 3 car where involve car{1} was coming on incoming lane and went straight to the car[2] went straight to car[3] my sister and the with a King Price member Insurance is car[2].JMPD did assist got the case number for the incident( 0593/02/2024, King Price called after a month and send me document that I need to complete and details as per their requirements, to go do 3 quotation of which I was paying to do the quotation 1 quotation I paid R650, 2nd 450 and 3rd 400. However my sister has faced significant delays at schools because she can’t attend as the car is undrivable, to our astonishment, a refusal from King Price Insurance after sending all the document they have requested then I got an email with the feedback that they can’t continue with the claim as I need to find a person who caused the accident, leaving us deeply frustrated and disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability in this matter. It is deeply concerning that I need to investigate and find the person who caused the accident. The refusal to fix her car because of that, which is completely unacceptable. I urge to assist on our behalf and facilitate a resolution to this matter with King Price Insurance as soon as possible. My sister deserves to have her car repaired promptly so she can attend her classes and finish her honors because now she needs to use taxis as her classes starts at 5pm and end at 9pm she needs to sleep at the library until am then she can go back home.
