King Price reasonable premiums with no Guaranteed Payment on Claims!! Useless Insurance.!!

I joined King Price Insurance in March 2018. I was referred by my Colleagues, the premiums are quite good when you want to save, the service is Royal until get bumped by someone in the road. I was bumped by a truck in Johannesburg CBD. I called King Price to register the claim. First of all if u don't have a courtesy car on your cover u are doomed because u will be left alone on the roadside. Secondly they will take 4 days to get your car assessed. Then they will request a AR report from you instead of them doing what they are paid for. It gets worse they will be checking your ITC and previous insurers if u had Claims with them. Then they will contact the third party to notify them regarding the incident. If the third party doesn't want to take liability, They will reject your claim because they don't have money to fix your car, they don't have an underwriter which means u are not covered at all. What I'm trying to say is that be careful of King Price their premiums might be low but when u get an accident u must know that u are not covered. Their reviews might be good but I'm telling u they are reviewing themselves as good, excellent and staff. U are not covered if u have a Policy with them.
