King Price _ Promises Not Kept
Hi,
You sent me a sms to do a free quote, and if you couldn't beat the price a voucher for Lelive would be sent to me.
Did the quote, received the sms 24 hours later to redeem the voucher, did the redeem part, no voucher number to redeem, +- 3 weeks passed now.
What's the problem?

King Price is living up to their expectations, which meant no customer service at all.
Imagine if I did took the insurance with them, how long will I have to wait for a claim to pay out.
