King Price poor service!!

First of all, the do not have people that can assist. You stay on a que for a long time. The person that helped me had many questions and could all of a sudden gave me a better price for insurance as before and people do struggle for them to pay out and the make use of second hand parts. My understanding was that my insurance was paid in advance like on 15 February 2026 for 1 to 31 March 2026. I said is was fine the can stop the stop order for the next month and I would be covered for 31 days of March. The person did not listen to my request and canceled the insurance as of 28 February 2026 and promised to refund me. If I do not receive the full amount for March 2026 back.
