King Price Poor .... professionalism and zero response

I have been trying to speak to a consultant at King price for 4 days. I used their contact number with all the repetitive prompts and have been cut off at the end, or the consultant is transferring me and disappears , promises to call me back and never do and left message when for them to contact me when they are too busy to answer, which they don't. Numerous emails and no response. Time for a change!!!

I note your reply, However, this is just another promise and I will not " hold my breath" in hearing from you! You are long on promises and short on action. My problem is still not resolved. I think time for a change
